1. Are the colors exact to the photos?

We photograph our products using high-quality lighting, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting conditions.

2. Do your cases protect against drops?

Our cases are designed for scratch resistance and stylish protection. For drop protection, we recommend using them with tempered glass.

3. My phone has a camera protector — will the case still fit?

Most camera protectors fit normally, but extremely thick ones may cause slight interference.


SHIPPING & DELIVERY

4. How long does delivery take?

Europe & UK: 5–10 business days
US/Canada: 7–12 business days
Worldwide: 10–20 business days

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide with tracking included.

6. Will I pay customs or import taxes?

Depending on your country, customs may charge import fees not included in your order total.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

7. Can I return my product if I don’t like it?

Yes. You can return unused products in original condition within 30 days.

8. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

Yes, unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

9. How long do refunds take?

Processing typically takes 3–7 business days after we receive the returned item.

10. Do your products have warranty?

Yes — all products include a 30-day limited warranty against manufacturing defects.


TRACKING & LOST PACKAGES

11. My tracking hasn’t updated — what do I do?

Tracking can take 2–5 business days to refresh. If delays extend beyond 10 days, contact us.

12. My order shows as delivered but I didn’t receive it.

This is typically a carrier issue. We’ll help you open a claim, but we cannot refund orders marked as delivered.
