SHIPPING POLICY — THE AXYOM

At The Axyom, we work to ensure your order arrives safely, quickly, and with full transparency.
Below you’ll find everything you need to know about processing times, shipping options, delivery windows, and more.


1. Order Processing Times

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • During peak periods (Black Friday, holidays, product launches), processing may take up to 5 business days.

  • You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is shipped.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Times & Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

Europe (EU)

  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Priority shipping (when available): 3–6 business days

United Kingdom

  • Standard shipping: 5–10 business days

  • Priority shipping (when available): 3–6 business days

United States & Canada

  • Standard shipping: 7–12 business days

Rest of the World

  • Standard shipping: 10–20 business days

These are estimated windows. Delays may occur due to customs, logistics, or high-volume seasons.


3. Tracking

All shipments include tracking.
Tracking information is sent to your email automatically after the order is shipped.

4. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to:

  • VAT

  • Import duties

  • Local customs fees

These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer.
Customs delays may extend delivery times.


5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

The Axyom is not responsible for:

  • Orders delivered to wrong addresses provided by the customer

  • Lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping details

Please double-check your information before completing your order.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed or appears lost:

  1. Verify the tracking information

  2. Contact the shipping carrier for investigation

  3. If you still need help, reach out to us at hello@theaxyom.com and we’ll support you

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier are considered delivered.
We will assist in filing carrier claims but cannot issue refunds for stolen packages.


7. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.
Certain promotions may offer free shipping for qualifying orders.


8. Pre-Orders

For products purchased as pre-orders:

  • Estimated shipping dates will appear on the product page

  • Shipping times begin once the product has been dispatched

  • Pre-order dates are estimates and may be subject to change
