Return Policy

Return Policy — The Axyom

At The Axyom, we want you to feel confident purchasing from us.
If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

This Return Policy applies to all purchases made on theaxyom.com.


1. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return if:

  • The item is unused,

  • In original condition, and

  • Includes all original packaging and accessories.

To qualify, your return request must be made within:

  • 30 days of receiving the product.

Items that cannot be returned:

  • Products showing signs of use

  • Products damaged by the customer

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Final-sale or clearance items (if specified on the product page)


2. How to Request a Return

To start a return:

  1. Email us at hello@theaxyom.com

  2. Include your order number, full name, and the reason for the return

  3. Our team will review your case and provide instructions

Do not send your product back without receiving confirmation and return instructions.


3. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is caused by:

  • A defective item

  • A wrong item received

  • A manufacturing issue

the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure your return arrives safely.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We’ll notify you via email

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method

Refund processing times:

  • 3–7 business days depending on your bank or payment provider

Refunds will not include:

  • Original shipping fees (if applicable)

  • Taxes or duties charged by your country


5. Exchanges

At the moment, we do not offer automatic exchanges.
If you want a different model or colour, simply:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Place a new order


6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived:

  • Damaged

  • Defective

  • Incorrect

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos or videos of the issue

  • Original packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


7. Lost or Stolen Packages

The Axyom is not responsible for orders marked as delivered by carriers but reported as missing.
However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.


8. Customs Fees & Duties (International Orders)

Customers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • Local fees charged by their country

These fees are non-refundable, even if the order is returned.


9. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled and must follow the standard return process.
